In an effort to make this process as simple for everyone involved, we have included our policy as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Patients must have a credit card on file. The card will be charged remaining balance after funds from the insurance company are received. If the card declines, payment is due within 30 days via e-transfer, credit card, debit card, or cheque.<\/li>\n<li>For procedures that are directly billed, the fee for service will match that found in the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan&#8217;s current suggested fee guide, rather than our discounted rate. This is due to the added administrative expense associated with providing this service.<\/li>\n<li>We will require a preauthorization for any major dental work. This is not a guarantee of payment from your insurance provider as the patient could have other procedures done that would reduce the eligible reimbursement. Please note this can cause a delay in treatment as this takes time to coordinate with the insurance company.<\/li>\n<li>Patients will be provided with a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cda-adc.ca\/_files\/becoming\/practising\/resources\/computer_claim_form.pdf\">dental claim form<\/a> assigning the benefit to Simpli Dental following each appointment.
